Wine and Food Pairing
At Huntington Wine Cellars we are passionate about our wine and there is no greater joy than pairing it perfectly with a recipe or dish. The Sonoma County Chef John Ash says that alone, a glass of wine or a food can taste great, one plus one equals two. But when a wine and food are perfectly paired, complementing one another, one plus one equals three. We are not chefs so we make no bones about admitting that these are not recipes created by us. (We will always credit our source when known). Rather, we love to cook and are always on the look out for recipes that pair perfectly with our wines. In this section you will find just that.
